Project Description

The project involves working closely with Port Management to plan and design improvements to the existing port traffic management system. In summary, the project involves:

Review of the operation of the existing port traffic management system
Detailed review of existing road traffic, safety and legal signage throughout the terminal
Detailed review of existing traffic management road-markings
Report on existing deficiencies with the port traffic management system
Recommend improvements to the existing traffic management system to comply with National and European road and port terminal safety standards
Design an improved traffic management system
Provide a budgetary cost to construct and install the improved traffic management system
Prepare an implementation plan
Prepare a tender specification
